Booking and cancellation policy
- All rates include full breakfast
- Children older than 12 years are welcome. Children are charged as adults.
- All rooms can occupy 2 people. Only in African room we can put a spare bed at extra cost. Please contact us before booking to check availability and prices.
- We ask a deposit of 50% to guarantee your booking. The remainder can be paid on departure. If you pay by EFT please send a proof of payment to: welcome@babettesouthafrica.com to guarantee the booking.
- Cancellation policies
- If cancelled or modified up to 30 days before date of arrival, we will refund the amount paid minus banking cost. NB. You can move your booking to another date in the future free of charge (You will pay the valid rate for the new date so extra charges may apply)
- If cancelled or modified up to 15 days before date of arrival, 50% of the total price of the reservation will be charged.
- If cancelled or modified later or in case of a no-show, 100% of the total price of the reservation will be charged.
